South Caucasus Railway to launch Baku-Yerevan train

This was stated by Vyacheslav Pavlovsky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SCR.
'Of the standard 15 wagons, 7 will sell tickets for Armenian citizens, 7 for Azerbaijani citizens, and one, as usual, will be a dining car. So far, it will work 3 times a week, and in the future we will increase the number of trips.'

Russian peacekeepers will provide security inside the train, but there are concerns that the presence of a dining car will significantly interfere with their basic duties.
