EU implements the "European Noses in Armenia" program for successful European integration

The Head of the European Union delegation to Armenia, Mr. Peter Anthony Switalski, made the following comment:

'In the near future, a visa-free regime and many other privileges are expected between Armenia and the European Union. But in order for Armenian citizens to successfully integrate into the European community, they need to look like Europeans. I don't want to offend anyone, but big noses distinguish Armenians from others, which means we need to fight this.
We will allocate 20 million euro for rhinoplasty for Armenian citizens. You can sign up for the procedure online - after making an appointment, you will be invited to the right medical institution.'
