Gallup International conducted a study of 2,400 apartment landlords in Armenia. It turned out that if a respondent voted for the Civil Contract party in the last elections, then on average he rented out an apartment for 260 thousand drams. Those who did not vote for the Civil Contract rent an apartment for 190 thousand drams on average.

The party's press service commented on the results of the study:
“We congratulate our voters, this is our next victory over the former! After all, in our party DNA we have this skill of successfully passing houses.”
