Allergy to potatoes and noodles: the nutritionist of the Parliament explained the peculiarities of preparing the menu for deputies

Nutritionist Anna Gabrielian, who makes the menu for deputies, commented to Grahos why seafood and various delicacies predominate in the dining room, rather than more budget food.

'The situation here is very simple and does not require the disclosure of conspiracies', the specialist said. 'We regularly send people's deputies to a full-fledged medical examination. It so happened that a lot of allergy sufferers get into Parliament, and most of them are allergic to pathogens we know: cereals, pasta and potatoes.'

But the deputies demonstrated the best allergy resistance to lobsters, squid, oysters and mussels among seafood, to avocado, mango, passion fruit – among fruits.
